Being a massive childhood fan of the franchise, I had so much fun attending the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles premiere at Fox Studios in Sydney recently.
Megan Fox, Will Arnett and the producers all came out for it too, there was definitely a buzz in the air!
Cowabunga! Haha :p…
With my buddy, Gabriel Sohn. His first premiere.

TONI & GUY got the party started for VOGUE Fashion’s Night Out in Sydney earlier this month.
A vintage, red London Double Decker Bus was set up in Martin Place – the lower level decked out like a salon where people got their hair styled and the top deck reserved for people to enjoy a complimentary Bondi Road spritzer.
As brand ambassador, I greeted people and took pics with them in the TONI & GUY photo booth. The rain didn’t keep too many people away either! It was a great night all round and had a lot of fun. A few snaps from the night…
Such a good crew on deck. Worked hard to get the word out.
With The Face Australia’s Yaya Deng.
A pleasure meeting the lovely Anna Heinrich.
Bit of an X-Factor sandwich :p. YMS, Angel Tairua of Trill and Nada-Lee Nassar of XOX.

As a big fan of the magazine for the longest time, I’m pretty stoked & quite humbled to have a TONI & GUY promo in the new issue of GQ Magazine that hit stores this week.
Wowsers. I mean, GQ…..?! That’s serious bucket list material to me.
Had a chat to Hollywood Treatment this week about some of my favorite Sydney spots.
I also talk about which artist I’m feeling right now, what I love doing most in my downtime & that thing I practice in front of the mirror (you’ll never guess haha :p).
Check it out by clicking the pic above to see which favorite things we have in common ;).
Naysayers have been around since the beginning and will continue to be around. You know, when anyone ever has an issue with you shining, it’s always a reflection of their own insecurities.
Basically, it means you’re doing an awesome job of being everything you were created to be!
Never dim down your light or shrink back to please people. Keep being you.
A lot of people don’t know, but back in the day I was pretty handy with a pencil and paper. I loved to draw.
As a kid I would design things – people, weapons, houses, whatever. As a teenager I went to a short-course in animation, and even contributed art to my high school’s monthly comic book. Then, for whatever reason, I just stopped.
And I’m not sure that it’s because I’m under the weather right now and around the house, but today was the first time in what feels like several lifetimes that I decided, “I’m gonna draw something…”.
So I dug the sketch pad that my baby brother, Andre, bought me out of hiding, and – not even knowing where to start – I just started drawing. And it felt good. Pretty rusty, but still got it.
Funny how revisiting a creative part of yourself like that can be almost therapeutic. Pretty cool. Think I might just have to start doing it some more.
Last weekend I had the pleasure & privliedge of performing at the Pinctada Cable Beach Polo 2014.
From the ace opening night, to heading out on the Paspaley IV mother ship, to performing at the Polo, to Dinner Under The Stars on Cable Beach, man… I was constantly pinching myself. Honestly felt like I wasn’t even in Australia.
Special thanks to Marilynne for having me out there & making me feel like a king, I absolutely loved it.
Some video/pic highlights…
With the lovely Samantha Harris on opening night.
Office for the past few days. Not mad at it.
An education on pearls & tasting pearl meat for the first time. Awesome.
Upstairs aboard the Paspaley IV mother ship, the chef hooked up this killer spread for us. Wowsers. Hungry anyone?
Saturday attire. Wearing Nana Judy.
With this crazy cat, our resident celebrity DJ for the weekend, Daimon Downey. South Africans represent!
After an ace first day of Cable Beach Polo, I had the privilege of being one of 160 guests invited to attend the Dinner Under The Stars, set on Cable Beach, just metres from the water. Guest chef, C. Barklay Dodge, flew in from Aspen (Colorado) to create an incredible 5-course menu that was nothing short of world-class. Wowsers. I’ve been blessed to travel the world & experience a lot of great things, but nothing quite like last night. Exquisite.
One of my favorite moments of the past few days. These kids right here worked so hard, volunteering their time & cleaning up after the polo horses in the heat. I wanted to do something fun for these little unsung heroes, so I had them join me on stage spur-of-moment for my last song. I literally choreographed them live, during the the actual performance & they absolutely smashed it! So good. The experience made their day, which makes me so happy. It’s a small thing, but yet another reminder (for myself more than anyone) that when you just step out & take risks – especially when it involves lifting up others – you can’t go wrong. – Photo by Yane Sotiroski

Beautiful morning attending Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea last week, hosted by Cancer Council ambassadors Miguel Maestre and my mate, Barry Du Bois.
Baz opened up and shared bravely about his own battle with cancer and just how significant our contribution to cancer research is.
In our lifetime, we’ll either hear ourselves or someone else say the words: “I have cancer”. It affects us all. Personally, supporting this cause means so much to me.
I’ve learned that drinking tea is a very Australian thing. That it’s what families do to gather, catch up and just connect with one another to talk about real life. That’s the significance of why we drank tea at this event too.
For more info on how you can play a part and make a difference, please visit http://www.cancer.org.au. No contribution is too small.
It’s been a year to the day that I lost my beautiful second mom, Audrey Phillips, to cancer. This video is not only a tribute to honor her legacy, but to also uplift anyone facing a similar situation.
Love you, Audrey, miss you so much…
