Had a great convo with Laura Bennett on her Power Lunch podcast. One of my favourite, most open interviews. Click on my suit jacket to have a read or a listen.
Thanks so much for having me, Laura!

Even made my first ‘best dressed’ list haha. Thanks GQ!
It’s been such a long time, but I’m so excited to finally share some music with you all again!
I planned to do this all year, but when things got kinda crazy I almost didn’t follow through with it! So glad I did though… Thanks Rika Setu-Galo, Lara Tenhoorn and Chris ‘TEK’ O’Ryan for helping me bring it to life.
Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas is out everywhere on iTunes, Spotify and all the usual stores. Hope it makes you feel good and yes, that’s me on Santa’s lap haha x
The first rule of fight club is: you do not talk about fight club… 😜
Man, I had so much fun doing this scene! It’s a first for Neighbours and definitely an experience I won’t forget. It also totally embodies Kane’s fearlessness and willingness to risk it all. After filming, I had one of the female extras go, “Are you that cocky in real life?!”. Haha.
Huge shout-out to my boss of a scene partner Ben Hall for going all-in with me, the legend Chris ‘Cougar’ Wilson for getting us fight-ready and fellow Kiwi Guy Strachan for a killer job directing us 🥊

Meet KANE JONES.
This guy’s a gym rat you don’t wanna mess with. He’s tough, cocky and totally unfazed by pain or risk. Watch what happens when he invites Ned to an underground fight club… So much fun playing this character!
Catch my Neighbours debut Nov 15 at 6.30pm on 10 Play here in Oz and Channel 5 in the UK 🥊
It’s been ridiculously hard keeping this a secret… I’m so happy to share that I’ve landed a guest role on Neighbours!
You know, I always say life is unpredictable. But this happening (and the events leading up to it) has proven that to me so much more. Even when the odds seem completely stacked against you, you just can’t count yourself out!
Huge thanks to everyone at Ramsay Street, Mcleod Casting and Fremantle… I’m super grateful. Keep an eye on your TVs from next month.
What an amazing experience filming the new VRC Melbourne Cup commercial!
Not only did I get to work with such an ace cast and crew, it was my first time ever doing wire work. Anyone who knows me knows I’m a superhero fanatic, and doing this definitely had me living my Marvel dreams a bit (haha)!

R U OK? Day this year was next-level.
In a world-first, Richard Branson had Virgin Australia staff across the country (some 10,000 of them) wearing a splash of yellow with their staple red and purple uniforms in support. It was also great catching up with some of the RUOK? family and meeting Virgin Australia CEO, Paul Scurrah.
As always, it’s important to remember that the spirit behind this national day of action isn’t just reserved for once a year. If you feel something’s not quite right with someone you know, trust your gut, no matter what day it is. Check up on them and ask if they’re OK.
Never underestimate the power a simple, genuine conversation can have x
