Tim Robards got me on his new program called The Robards Method, as I’ve begun my foray into world of calisthenics. It’s super tough but a such an ace new challenge, and I highly recommend it.

Hairspray takes off in Brisbane
The largest production of Hairspray ever staged on the planet officially opened in Brisbane last month! And man, what a phenomenal time it was.
I feel incredibly blessed to be part of something so much bigger than myself. A story that places value on and uplifts people, no matter who you are or where you’re from.
