Pumped to share that Diafrix’s sophomore record, Pocket Full Of Dreams, is out in music stores and on iTunes as of TODAY!

As I posted before, I wrote and sang the hook on a song called Throwback, and you can now finally check it out in full.

You may remember last year I joined Diafrix onstage in support of Tinie Tempah’s Sydney show.  This year I’m so stoked to share I’ll be featured on their upcoming sophomore album, Pocket Full Of Dreams.

It’s my very first Hip Hop collaboration ever, and if you’re a fan of 90’s R&B you’re going to want to hear Throwback, a track I sang and wrote the hook on.

The album drops September 28 and features some pretty serious talent, including Dwele, Daniel Merriweather and my good friend, Stan Walker.  Click the album cover above for a review ;)…

Had the best night at The Sapphires premiere last week.

Wayne Blair did such an incredible job directing.  What a story, what a movie…  I’m so proud of the whole cast & super grateful to be part of a film this special.

Found out that it also opened at #1 at the Aussie box office, so well-deserved…

I’m a foodie & proud to say it.  And to anyone who’s been keeping up with me at all, chances are it’s probably no secret to you either.  I love my food.

As much as I’m all for indulging and “smashing” it though, 90% of the time I’m more about leading a healthy, active lifestyle.  Health/fitness is actually a pretty big part of my life.  I can just hear a collective, virtual gasp of shock from my fellow foodies around the world right now, “What do you mean, man?!”.  Go with me here…

If you follow me through social media, you might’ve noticed me started posting about something called, Dietlicious, over the past little while.  Now a few peeps have already been asking & I have to say no, I’m not on a diet.  Definitely not.  But I have found a whole new way of eating well & couldn’t say enough how huge a fan I am of Dietlicious.

Last week, I had the privilege of performing at the Dry July media launch in Sydney.

Dry July is a non-profit organization all about improving the lives of adults living with cancer by giving up alcohol for the month of July.  Such an important cause, and one that’s very close to my heart.  Honored to be involved.
