What do Roy Billing, Didier Cohen, Danielle Cormack, Wayne Blair and myself have in common?

We’re all ambassadors of Dry July: a not-for-profit organisation all about improving the lives of adults living with cancer, and giving up alcohol for the month of July.

It would mean the world if you could open your wallets and make a donation – no matter how big or small.  Not a cent of it goes to me.  I don’t benefit from doing this in any way, neither is it for “good PR” or anything lame like that.

I’m an ambassador for the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation and have also just lost my second mother, Audrey, to cancer – this is a cause so close to my heart.

I’ve been impatiently waiting to share this news with you guys.

Anyone who knows me will tell you health & fitness is a big part of my life.  Today I’m beyond stoked to announce that I’ve officially come on board 180 Nutrition as their newest ambassador!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of joining Diafrix in shooting the music video to our collaboration, Throwback.  So much fun.

So stoked to share that Throwback, the tune I co-wrote/feature on for Diafrix – my 1st Hip Hop collaboration – is getting a music video!
