Ever since I was a kid, I’ve dreamed of having a piano… So excited to share that I’ve joined the Kawai Australia family!
Especially in times like these, getting to tickle the ivories and lose myself in the music is a welcomed escape, helping to soothe the sting of yet another lockdown. Looking forward to what’s ahead and working with Kawai!
It was lockdown 2020 and I was cooking in my Bondi Beach kitchen, when the chorus of Ocean Road came to me, almost in its entirety. From that moment, I knew this song was special.
It’s the most honest I’ve ever been as a songwriter and singer, it doesn’t follow any kind of trend musically and just isn’t like anything I’ve ever done before. I’m so excited to finally share it with you!
Huge thanks to my very talented friend and ARIA winning director Matt Sharp for doing such an incredible job of capturing the essence of this song and bringing it to life so beautifully. Shooting this out in Byron Bay was nothing short of magical.

I say “re-released” because I wrote and recorded this EP a while back and it was produced over in Nashville, but I initially released it under a different name. And in the spirit of just wanting a fresh start after what’s been a really challenging 2020, I felt inspired to put it out there again for everyone this time (with cover art shot by Wesley Tan). Most of you would never have even heard these songs otherwise, so I’m really glad to share them with you. Available on Spotify, iTunes and all online music outlets.
I also have a brand new single on the way that I wrote and recorded during lockdown, which I’m even more excited about… Stay tuned!
To celebrate Hamilton premiering on Disney Plus Australia, I’ve teamed up with Disney+ to bring you my take on one of my favourite songs from the incredible Broadway show, Alexander Hamilton. Hope you like!
We’re living in days I never thought I’d experience in my lifetime. The whole world’s in crisis and we’ve all been affected in some way by this volatile pandemic.
Like many industries, mine has been hit pretty hard. And in support of the arts, I thought I’d cover a few of my favourite Australasian tunes. If you enjoy what you hear, it would mean a lot if you’d please like, comment and share.
To kick things off, here’s Fall At Your Feet by Crowded House.
Had a great convo with Laura Bennett on her Power Lunch podcast. One of my favourite, most open interviews. Click on my suit jacket to have a read or a listen.
