The first rule of fight club is: you do not talk about fight club… š
Man, I had so much fun doing this scene! Ā Itās a first for Neighbours and definitely an experience I wonāt forget. Ā It also totally embodies Kaneās fearlessness and willingness to risk it all. Ā After filming, I had one of the female extras go, āAre you that cocky in real life?!ā. Ā Haha.
Huge shout-out to my boss of a scene partner Ben Hall for going all-in with me, the legend Chris āCougarā Wilson for getting us fight-ready and fellow Kiwi Guy Strachan for a killer job directing us š„
This guyās a gym rat you donāt wanna mess with. Ā Heās tough, cocky and totally unfazed by pain or risk. Watch what happens when he invites Ned to an underground fight club… Ā So much fun playing this character!

Itās been ridiculously hard keeping this a secret… Iām so happy to share that Iāve landed a guest role on Neighbours!
You know, I always say life is unpredictable. Ā But this happening (and the events leading up to it) has proven that to me so much more. Ā Even when the odds seem completely stacked against you, you just canāt count yourself out!
Huge thanks to everyone at Ramsay Street, Mcleod Casting and Fremantle… Iām super grateful. Ā Keep an eye on your TVs from next month.
What an amazing experience filming the new VRC Melbourne Cup commercial!
Not only did I get to work with such an ace cast and crew, it was my first time ever doing wire work. Ā Anyone who knows me knows I’m a superhero fanatic, and doing this definitely had me living my Marvel dreams a bit (haha)!
Beautiful has taken home five Helpmann Awards this year, including ‘Best Musical’!Ā Wow!
From the beginning, at our very first table-read, we knew this was something special.Ā Not only because of the incredible talent on display or the story… there was just a tangible energy in the room, framed with so much heart.Ā What a way to kick off our final season and what an honour to be recognised for our work.
And beyond that… I’m so grateful that I get to share this experience with such a wonderful group of people.Ā Massive congrats and love to the entire Beautiful family!
We’ve officially opened Beautiful in Melbourne!Ā The show went off, the audience were so generous and the best time was had celebrating afterwards.
I’ve said it before…Ā My mom introduced us to Carole King’s Tapestry when we were kids.Ā So it’s such a full-circle moment getting to be part of this very special show.
And this particular opening was made that much more special because she came all the way from NZ to be here.Ā Also, I love that she made the official capture below from the end of the show – all smiles, glitter raining and waving to get my attention x
Not so long ago, I had a blood clot shoot to my right lung, killing off part of it.Ā Essentially meaning I now live with 1.5 lungs.
It was an experience that left me confronted with my own mortality and with so many questions: why this would happen to someone so fit and healthy, what life’s really about then, whether I’d be able to ever perform again…Ā Just so many thoughts.
It’s been the first time I’ve publicly shared about what’s been my greatest personal challenge.Ā I’m extremely grateful to be here and hopeful about the future.Ā Big thanks to Jonathon Moran and Daily Telegraph.
Words can’t quite encapsulate how magical Sydney opening night of Beautiful: The Carole King Musical was.
I know it’s early days and we’ve only just begun.Ā But getting to work with this group of people has been such a dream.Ā And the love we felt from the audience Sunday night was so tangible.
Can honestly say, I never in a million years could’ve foreseen Beautiful being part of my story.Ā It’s a milestone moment, not only in my career but in my life.
