As I posted a little while back, I was an ambassador for R U OK? Day this past Thursday (Sep 15).
The day was all about taking a moment to connect with people & ask them the important (yet often overlooked) question, ” Are you ok?”, in support of preventing suicide.
Coffees were on hand & flowing from major sponsor, Gloria Jeans, at their Sydney downtown branch. NSW State MP, Clover Moore, & rugby icon, Wendell Sailor, delivered inspiring speeches as well. It was a great honor to be an ambassador for such an important, great cause.
